- All players must check in at the Gideon Putnam to fill out their release forms and receive their player packets.
- Teams do not have to be together when they check in but it is required that each player checks in before their first scheduled game.
- The Gideon Putnam will have free shuttles available to Downtown Saratoga from 6pm-11pm
